DINNER:

Dinner is a 7 p.m. at the hotel and the cost per person is $33.31.

ITINERARY:

Friday, Aug. 24:

Noon—Tour of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré Shrine
for the people who arrive Thursday night.

7 – 9 pm—Dinner
This is the official kick-off of the reunion. Dinner must be paid for in advance.

Saturday, Aug. 25

10 am—VIP Citadel Tour, including Changing of the Guard.
Price is $10 per person and can be paid there.

Afternoon—Self-guided tour of the Old City.

7 p.m. Informal dinner
(restaurant to be determined)

Sunday, Aug. 26

9 am—Informal breakfast in the hotel restaurant and check out.

I have reserved 10 room for Thursday, Aug. 23 and 20 rooms for Friday and Saturday, Aug. 24 & 25. I figured some of us that are flying in would need to arrive Thursday night due to time changes.

Price is $126/night $CDN plus tax* for double or single occupancy. Add $10 per additional adult in triple or quadruple occupancy.

Please make your reservation by July 9, 2012 to receive the special rate. Tell them you are with the DURNFORD REUNION to get the special rate.

Check in is 3 p.m. and check out Noon. Luggage storage is available. No shows will be forfeit the full room rate for the first night.

* Taxes include: 3% lodging; 5% federal; 9.5% provincial.
